I’ve just managed 100 press-ups. Not all in one go. 10 x 10 with short breaks. And one in the middle was 9 + 1 after a little rest. It was 100 though and that’s not bad. The number is in my shoulders. I managed some sit-ups too. There’ll be a 100 of them at some point, but one thing at a time.
A change could be on the way too. I’ll be checking my email on Monday. Always nice to have options. A change is as good as a rest, even if I’m going to be busy. Busy and learning with a purpose is a great idea. Finally, I may have my focus.
For the moment. I’ll keep pushing on. Upwards and onwards. A little sideways with a different view wouldn’t do any harm either.
I started this yesterday, and went blank. I’m still blank now.
Good news on the press-up front. I’ve just done 20 x 5, but little very shallow ones. My pecs are feeling sore, and that’s a good thing.
I really hope the new job works out. It’s a risk, but staying in the old job is more of a risk and it’s making me unhappy. It’s no fun when you’ve messed up. And worse when you have to travel a long way with an early start.
Still nothing. I’ll just relax for the rest of the evening and face my mess in the morning.
