Is it push-up or press-up. The first sounds better, but it’s not what I was brought up with. So I’m pressing on with this until I’m done.

My target is in reach! I’ve just completed 40 x 2 + 20. I’m calling these medium press-ups, all of which are on my knuckles. All I need to do now is give it some meaning. Then what do I do when I get there?

I haven’t said how rubbish the weather is. I may have mentioned the lack of swallows visiting in Spring. It’s grey, not very warm, and rain is on the way.

I rarely see clouds these days. There’s a white covering of all the sky most of the time. I don’t know if anyone else has noticed or even if they care. This cloud blocks out the sun and makes sunny says cooler than they should.

Still can’t be bothered………………..
