I’ve made an impulse buy!

I’m the proud owner of two Mario Kart steering wheel accessories I don’t really need. With a bit of luck, they may find some use over Christmas – even if this is a couple of years too late. What I really shouldn have done was bought the tripod stand for my smart phone, so that it isn’t flat when I’m typing away. The good news is that that the shop is just around the corner and I can go back tomorrow.

One of the good things about having to tighten my belt is that I’ve finaly learned to do it. At some point I will have to recoup all of the cost of leaning this lesson. This may take time. It may take a lot of time. But at least the lesson has sunk in. There will be no more vanity trips to Waitrose fromn now on!

Today is another day when things have changed. I’ve done nothing for the most part. Last night didn’t feel great until I remebered that my photos would be in my postbox when I woke up. As always, it’s the small things that keep you going. Anyway, I’m cold now. I’ll think I’ll head off to the old man’s pub!

I’ve made a terrible mistake. For some reason, I decided to try the mild! Luckily it’s only a half. Before closing time I’ll go back for the stout I had a day or two ago.

As always, the beer quality is excellent. This place is a bit Dungeons and Dragons though, with a little (more than a little) warning about how bad drinking can be for you.

I don’t get why I’m one of the few people out there paying attention to air quality. After all, this is really important. I’m sure it will catch on at some point, or maybe it wont. The good thing is that I know about it and I can sleep in clean air at night.

None of this has had anything to do with Super Mario Kart. No change with drifting of subject then.
