Everything is changing and some things remain the same.
I can’t remember where I left things with my previous blog. That’s not important and I don’t care. So nothing has changed there! Visiting the local brewery is something I remember and blurting out a post that wasn’t great, but will be one of the important ones when I read it again in months and years to come. Or, it may turn out to be total rubbish. But as always, you need to finish a bad piece of work, so you can start the next one. That’s were we are now.
There were two reasons I went for a drink. Firstly, I had some funds in my account and I could pay with contactless payment. Secondly, this could have been my last chance to have a drink there for a long time. This turned out to be true and I’m glad I visited. But the thing is, the government suggested that people shouldn’t visit pubs, restaurants and the like. What they didn’t do was to tell these places to shut down, which placed small businesses around the country in huge trouble. This also meant that businesses affected couldn’t claim on insurance, because business being bad, because of a suggestion by the government isn’t covered in their insurance

What’s this about? I’m so happy with this picture. You don’t always get perfect. I think this would be if I had a better camera, but it is very good. That’s what time, effort, and having more time gets you. She’s making a nest and getting ready to stay home for as few weeks. That’s what the rest of us have to do at the moment. Lockdown hasn’t happened, but it will.
My plan was to write about seven of these things today, but other things got in the way like ripping all of my CDs to disk, cooking, and making sure I have enough booze in to get me past the next couple of days. And to be honest, I don’t think I’ll every have enough drink to cope with things right now. There’s a government who’s about to assume emergency powers and they are busy saving business. There’s a £330 billion bail out plan of secured loads for six months, but what’s really happened is the the Chancellor has just given £330 billion to the banks. I’m so angry, and so should you be as well.
