Fireworks Continued….

I’ve made some improvements and I’ll leave these charts at the bottom, so they can speak for themselves. Getting to this point and a little beyond has been a bit of a slog, to say the least. But it’s all pretty simple now. If you want to see more, follow my other blog. The important short-term goal was getting to this point. I don’t know if I’ll get to go where I want with this, but it has kept me busy.

There’s a problem now that the easier stuff has been done. That problem is the harder stuff. I’m trying to do it and my head is saying no. Perhaps this is a time to consolidate and use what I have for a little while. The issue is that I’m creating work for myself with no final goal. What’s happened is that my learning needs to sink in and it feels like doing nothing. I need to stop, write a few things down and do them:

  1. Make sure I know how to create my charts, and save the code somewhere safe.
  2. Create a another set of charts to wrap up the fireworks report.
  3. Add the static charts to a Shiny page – it’s getting harder.
  4. Make the charts interactive.

At least I know waht I’m doing now!
